This study presents investigations into the morphological, anatomical and ecological features of Arabis drabiformis Boiss. (Brassicaceae) an endemic species which was collected from the Turkey. In the morphological study, the morphological differences were compared with the Flora of Turkey and morphological characteristics of the plant are given in detail and demonstrated by illustrations. In the anatomical studies, cross-sections of the root, stem and leaf parts and also surfacial sections of the leaf of Arabis drabiformis were demonstrated by illustrations and taking microphotographs. Leaves are bifacial and amphistomatic and they have amaryllis type stomata. In the ecological studies, this plant was observed to generally prefer clayey-loamy-sanded, notr soils, slightly calcarous, slightly organic matter, being rich or very rich in nitrogen, deficient in phosphorus and slightly in potassium. They grow on nonsaline soils. Log in to add this item to your schedule
